HOW TO USE:

• Apply it directly to the skin
• Apply a small amount of Ohm'Oil to your fingertips
• For your face: Gently massage the Oil into your skin, starting with your forehead and moving down to your cheeks, chin, and neck.
• For your Body: Gently massage the Oil into the area you want to massage. Arms, Legs, Tummy, etc.
• Leave the oil on your skin for 10-15 minutes until you finish your facial or body lymphatic massage
• Ideal to use with the facial wood tool, or the lymphatic palette
